Oh November. What a blur! Can't even remember what we did for Thanksgiving? Oh, wait, I am pretty sure we spent the day at Mammy and Poppa's house where we stuffed ourselves, watched Home Alone 2, and played Cover Your Assets. Uncle Bob, Aunt Sharon, Coralee and Julie joined us. Fun day!
Another highlight of the month was joining up with Jed and Aaron at their place for a special treat. Fish n Chips a la Aaron!!! Aaron pulled out all the British stops and prepared pure yumminess. (And gluten free for me, yay!) It really was so good, a tradition we hope to continue!

The final highlight was......BILLY JOEL!!!!!!! Oh my, there are no words. Study abroad and my mission made me miss the other family Billy Joel experiences, so this was a first for me and I think I was smiling for days on after! It was so. much. fun. Daddy dearest gifted us all with amazing seats where we had the best view of our rock n roll idol! He is such an amazing entertainer. He would yell out two song titles and let the audience pick which one. The stage even turns, so you get different views of him tickling the ivories! Probably the highlight? He busted out a few of the classics at the end, which definitely means hard core dance party from us ladies in the isle. There was a funny dancing man down on the floor that busted out some cute schoolgirl dancing that was pretty entertaining! Ahhhh, it was so much fun! huge check off of my bucket list! (Though I think Andy saw a side of me he has never before seen? He wasn't sure who he married there for a sec;)
