Our second Thanksgiving in Switzerland!!!!!!!
Fortunately, I passed my kidney stone and got my appetite back in time for Thanksgiving! Only bummer, they don't consider Thanksgiving a holiday in Switzerland, so Andy had to work til 5:( Our friends, Tia and Rhandzu invited us to their place in Coppet for dinner. Also in attendance were Aaron (Tia's brother) and Kristyn Boyd and their kids, the sister missionaries, and some friends from Tia's work.
Tia is one of the best cooks in the world, and she made a gorgeous spread--Turkey (American turkey!), mashed potatoes and gravy, stuffing, candied yams, salad, pies--you name it! Kristyn brought delicious rolls and pies, and I brought green bean casserole, parsnips and apples, artichoke dip and gluten-free banana cheesecake. Oh deliciousness!
And what is Thanksgiving without watching "It's Thanksgiving Charlie Brown!"
